As a performer, I have specialized myself in playing the viola, earning a Masters and a Doctoral degree in Viola Performance. 
Because my degrees also include specialization in Violin Pedagogy, I feel comfortable teaching both the violin and the viola from the begining stages all the way to the advanced level.
The basic technique for both instruments is quite similar and I feel confident that my extensive training in the Suzuki Violin Method and further studies with violinist Fritz Gearhart qualify me to teach the violin.
